GLONASS is not a correction. It is a constellation of satellites maintained by the Russian government. Access to GLONASS sats means that you may be able to continue operating during times when GPS-only RTK users may be sitting still due to lack of visible sats. Your accuracy level will be essentially the same whether you have GPS-only RTK or GPS+GLONASS RTK.
