Had the same problem last year with our 06 8010, along with a bunch of electrical problems. It was the switch that engages the feeder.....but switches usually don't just burn up on their own. There's a wiring harness on the upper back left side that gets chewed up from the wire loom vibrating. Might want to take a look at it before your control pressure sensor starts giving you fits and shuts off the combine. Took me the entire harvest to figure that out. Of course the dealer never heard of that problem before. It's a known problem on a lot of older 8010s. Good luck.
