sounds like tech needs to do more troubleshooting, why not pull spool and inspect? as i posted before, chain feeder house chain tight, gonna have to remove inspection plates, chain it both directions, remove plastic cover on r/h side of feeder 2 1/4" socket put a torque wrench on shaft and see what it takes for torque to make it slip, scott.
