I have been copying our data from our 2600 datacards first to my computer hard drive before downloading the card to Apex. I thought that was providing a safeguard, a "backup" if you will. However, yesterday, we thought we'd try & load some of that data from one of the cards that I had saved on the hard drive to Apex. I can't seem to find a way to make Apex acknowledge any of the computer hard drives. The "drop downs" don't provide for this.

Was it a waste of my time to first "copy-paste" the data from the card to the hard drive? Or, am I missing something or a step? Is anyone else doing this?
