Wow, this is the kind of stuff we used to say "that'll never happen". Unless NCGA or some group can put together enough lawyers, it looks like they could get the money back. However, when a product is delivered isn't there some rules?

What are guys going to do in the future? Demand the eplant act as an elevator, write up special contracts to prevent this type of thing or?
