I hear you Virginia, it's always something.  For me it's been mostly little stuff that I can figure out myself or with a quick post on here.  Between the price and the performance I think that there are better systems out there for the money.  I will say that when it works, it works well and is fairly easy to use.  It also integrates easily into Deere machinery which is all we run so it's hard to switch once you are down that path.
