E.Central MN | I'm sure they will look at slowing down processing and selling excess corn for a profit. But I doubt very many plants can afford to shut down for any long period of time unless they are part of a multi plant business structure. In some cases it makes sense, but its pretty much a short term gain that can have long term complications. Shut downs and restarts cost money. | |
