eastern ontario | actually no it needs to be adjacent and i know what i'm talking about. here we go again, if you use the acremax RW product then it needs an adjacent rootworm refuge which is the 10% mix within the majority of the field. If you choose not to use the RW product and just go with a regular RR refuge then the 10% mix serves as the RW refuge and you just need a corn borer refuge which can be up to a 1/2 mile away. Of course if you use this you don't really get the benefits of the system. | |
