Had one flushed one time, lasted less than 100 miles. Decided flushing turns all the crud loose in transmission. My Jeep mechanic recommends Changing the fluid everytime you change the engine oil for 4 oil changes. Says this gets most of the old oil out without turning loose the crud. 89 Cherokee had 250,000 when we let it go on Cash for Clunker.
