If you go the Field IQ route you need the field IQ, rawson drive, Rawson control module and some cable. It is anything BUT simple to calibrate and change, the nice part about it is that you have guidance and rate control in one box. When you change the spread width you have to re calibrate, if you change density more that a certain % you have to re calibrate.

If the drive drum on the spreader you are going to run is smaller ( 4" ) the setup will work fine, but if it a large drive drum like the GVM transpread has it will NOT work well at all.

If you want something simple that anyone can set up, run and make changes this is NOT the system to buy at the present time. There is no need for it to be as complicated as it is.
