Yes, the above information is correct. Basically you remove the screws around the outer edge and the case can then be unfolded.
The battery will be obvious as it is attached with a velcro strip and connects to the circuit board via a fairly long pair of wires. The battery is special and probably needs to be obtained via Ag Leader.
