I was one of those individuals that "wrung their hands" when DuPont cooperated with EPA and voluntarily pulled Bladex from the market. I liked the product and I thought we were "doomed" without it. Ya' know what? I don't miss it. The companies have stepped up and provided alternatives. In fact, we now have more options than we did when Bladex was in its prime. Bayer says they are going to work to find alternatives to Temik. Let's hope they hold true to that. Perhaps they already have alternative chemistries in the works? |
