Subject: RE: mx335 with autopilot

Manitoba, Canada
it could be a number of things, i am going to assume it is a factory ready machine
- make sure your navII controller behind the seat in the back wall is....flat side towards the seat, connectors pointed towards the right side of the tractor...away from the door...your left when your hanging over the seat to adjust it
- make sure your controller orientation setting is 90-0-106
- your tractor profile should be "CIHAG MX335 Magnum
- on a magnum my pgain is usually set around 18, agressiveness around 100 (that is for working around 4 - 8mph, over that it just needs slight adjusting)
- deadzones, whatever they calibrate to...do the deadzone cal 3 times atleast. if the values are more than 10 apart after your done the cal sequence do it again...if its still more than 10 apart something could be wrong with the steering.

- if this is a new tractor...GREASE the steering sensor, i have yet to find one that has been greased from the factory its kind of a bugger to get at, the grease zerk should be under the little shield that protects the steering sensor, front side of the axle.
