I agree. I can never get over the number of people around here who won't start until it's under 16% because "I'm not gonna let the elevator screw me". They don't have a clue that when they finish at 11% they're really screwing themselves on weight, not to mention the row shelling is horrible. I've run in too much down corn to want to leave it out there very long. We don't have a dryer but we do have a lot of air on our grain bins and are getting braver about what we can get away with.
