West Ky | Didn't you guys have a frost that dinged up the corn this past spring? I know some guys replanted and others let their corn grow back out. We had a freeze where it clipped the corn off and it grew back and we were told it would be just fine.....Well it was just fine all right until you pulled the combine out in the field and the fields that we did not replant averaged 30-40% less than the ones we did replant. Ears were just smaller on the dinged up corn than the corn that was not burned back by the freeze. | |
