A good turf crop will take up to 160 lbs of N per acre!
But for a lower management system just get whatever lawn blend you can get, preferably with micros in it as well and follow the instructions on the bag. I know in MN its is against the law to apply P fertilizer to turf unless a soil test specifically calls for it, this may not be true in other places.
