I hate to say this but almost everyone would like for it to get dry in Wisconsin, Iowa, and in certain portions of Northern Illinois. Some areas have seen rainfall totals of thirty plus inches in the past 90 days. If it keeps raining, the market may rally on too much precipation. I believe dry at this juncture sends the markets lower. Just my opinion.
