N/E Iowa | We also have a 38 #'s of triple stack, and smart stack, corn on corn in a test plot. The root dig shows the smart stacks to be better roots, bigger mass of roots, and seems to have a "thicker" main stalk.
But mid October will tell the whole truth.
We tried some smart stack this year (80 ac) so far so good. I will post the above results in November!!
