NW Washington | I did that once to get rid of some quack grass. I just roughed up the surface and reseeded grass and it worked pretty well. My only problem is that I did not wait long enough and some of the quack grass came back.
Taking crap from your neighbors is another issue you will have to deal with.
A power dethacher would might grind up the surface a little if you wanted to go to that much trouble. | |
