I was thinking the same thing tonight when mowing the grass er weeds. Lots of bromegrass and some other stuff. However I think seed to soil contact is pretty critical for grass seed. I'm thinking RU it good and spead some P&K and borrow a mounted tiller to loosen the soil a couple inches deep and seed.
Lawn crop??
