Are you thinking of growing 10, 100 or 1000 acres? You'd be suprised(I was) how much a small roadside stand can generate. It works a whole lot better if you live on a well traveled road. Sweet corn and pumpkins are the easiest and it gets harder from there. Some days it's a whole lot easier to go out and spray 200 acres of soys than to go spray a half an acre of veggies.
