Alberta, Canada | AGCO 9365 swather with 15'3 rotary header. The skid plates must be in one of the two lowest settings (highest cut height) or it rides on the header lift arms rather than the skid plates themselves. This is with the header tilted back all the way. Tilting the header forward any only worsens the situation, and in fact, means the skid plates must be in the fully lowered (highest cut) setting to prevent riding on the arms.
Both myself and my landlords would really like the skid plates raised some to help achieve a cleaner cut.
