Some of the leaves look like tan spot, the leaf in your hand looks most likely to be leaf rust.
Never seen a whole field go like that in a week, though as fields start to mature, it's not unusual to see the leaves just go pretty quickly.
Looks like you are really past the fungicide application window. At this point the most important thing is the stem, the leaves look pretty well gone anyway.
