| I wasn't talking about your problems, but more general comments on what I see in this
area. All the small runs have been cleaned of all brush and ditched. When it gets to
this area the creek is classed as protected and you can't even take big equipment
in to clear Beaver dams without a two year battle, but local council can basically
dam the same channel. As said before it then up to you to prove problems with a
legal challenge.
As you say it is hard on the blood pressure
Attached is picture from a few years ago. This has been happening many times in very
wet weather since they replaced the bridge. This run is about 2 miles before it gets
into another channel that joints the main creek about 10 miles down stream. People
between the two points are happy to see water jump out.
