| I don't know your well capacity or pivot size but on all of our pivots we can't put out as much water as is being used when it's hot and dry. In other words, you're getting further behind even when it's running, so don't let it get dry. We'll turn ours off for a couple of days after a rain but once the ground crusts over it needs to be running again. We typically stop once we start seeing open bolls. | |
