NW Washington | Yes, they have had an usual amount of rain recently, including some flooding and washed out roads in places. Normally they pray for a good June rain or two to make their crop, especially the spring seeded cereals and pulse crops. In July an August and sometimes September they get very little rain. Around Pullman WA and Moscow ID they normally get about 20 inches of rain a year. They get more rain East of Moscow and less when you go West due to elevation changes and the effect of the mountains to the east and west.
