Subject: cotton round bales

Westphalia Texas [central texas]
I'm on the board at our coop and we run a small gin with limited acres of cotton in the area. We are trying to figure out how to gin the round bales without spending a lot of money. Normally we stripp our cotton but this year we have a few customer's that are thinking about a custom man that run's picker's with balers. We still have our sucker pipes in place ,thinking maybe put them on the slab and use a front end loader to break them apart ? Another idea was to built a hydralic table beside our feeder table , cut the plastic and dump the rolls on the feeder table. any suggestions would be appre. Also how to handle them on the yard to the feeder/sucker. Our module truck has the center chains that are needed to move rolls. If we knew there would be a lot of these we would just buy a unwrapper and a set of forks/grapple are something offered by the industry, don't know from year to year if we are going to strip or pick . TIA
