If you have a bin that is 7 rings round and the rings measure 32' inches tall,and the sheets measure 114' inches in length what is the diameter of the bin? The bin is currently sitting on the ground and bowed alittle bit at the bottom too et accurate measurement. My guess it is a 21 or 23 ft bin?? Need to know excact going to put a cone on the bottom of it.Thanks
