Are you 100% sold on a finger(tine) type conditioning system? If so I would take a hard look at a Kuhn machine, also is the MacDon(sp) machine available in your area?
If you can use a roll conditioning system, Hesston, NH, and JD are all well accepted machines in this area. I have never been around a Vermeer so I can't comment on one their machines.
