Central South Dakota
We run an 1895 Derre no-till 43ft seeder with an 430 cart and like it a lot. If you are looking at used airseeders go with the 1860 over the 1850. They made quite a few nice design changes on the openers and the closing wheel bearing design. Lots of people think the air drills are too heavy, actually they aren't heavy enough. We put 500lbs worth the suitcase weights on each wing and probably should add about another 1000lbs across the drill but the wing weights made it work alot better.
