Subject: RE: Radial tire sidewall split

Ohio
Wilson Tire in Upper Sandusky, Ohio has fixed two tires like that for me a couple years ago and has held up great. They can vulcanize the rubber . Both of the ones I had fixed, I thought was beyond repair but Scott at Wilson assured me it would hold well and it did. The one was a 3" triangular cut made from turning too short into the drill frame. And the other was a 1 1/2" steel pipe shot out from under a rotary mower into the sidewall. A LOT cheaper than a new tire too. Call Scott.
