| Your plot work pretty much coincides with our side by sides. Best we have seen using N-Serve is the same yield but a couple more points of moisture where we used N-Serve & a greener stalk. Worse case was a 16bpa increase where we DIDNOT use N-Serve. We've done these side by sides for several years over varying soil types & in "fall apllied" and spring "prepalant" applications but have never used it in a sidedress situation. We have also done some side by sides using 1/2, 2/3, & 3/4 rates of N-Serve compared to no N-Serve & full rates of N-Serve with basically the same resuts no matter the rate of N-Serve used.
We've gotten to the place we seldom use N-Serve, even with fall applied AA. Though our fertilizer delaers say we are the "odd ducks" from what I can see, there's a lot of others that no-longer use N-Serve. | |
