C IL | You might want to document that prevent plant is necessary - not just your choice. It needs to be prevalent "in the area". You will also need to convince FSA to approve prevent plant. Take a camera and take pics of your fields and all the neighbors' fields to document that weather has prevented farming in your area. Cheap insurance, and maybe necessary for crop insurance and FSA. | |
