Dear Recipient:
If ACRE were a private insurance contract, then based on the current market and yield information what would the premium cost be for an ACRE contract? KSU has completed a premium rating of ACRE. In some cases a current premium for ACRE would be very expensive, but the cost for ACRE does not change with the level of risk; the cost is 20% of your direct payments, loss of counter cyclical payments, if any and reduction in the loan strike price.
