I'll 2nd the fact that the livestock guys are getting screwed. Around here if you scraped up some hay but had all your crops hailed out more than likely your payment is 0. But the crop guy a mile down the road gets $50,000. and grinning from ear to ear. Many crop guys are @ the max of $100,000.
