Subject: SURE payment amounts--2008 crops

About how much are guys receiving for the SURE payments from the 2008 flooding for S WI, E Iowa, or N ILL?

Are they based per acre or per bushel?

I've been hearing some different stories on the subject. I did not buy crop insurance for 100% of my crops in 2008 so I didn't qualify anyway but was wondering what the truth is.
