I presume the dealer is doing this as a business, not as a charity.  He would have his own costs of labor and handling.  I get the impression that you don't think a dealer should make a profit on his cut?

If every customer that bought 10-15 bags would ask for a TV, there would be nothing left.  I think you need to rethink your perspective.
