Mascoutah, Illinois | Pioneer wants him to send the television back because there was a mistake. Pioneer should be coming over to the house and picking the television up themselves. Why should the gentleman be inconvienced for their mistake? Is he going to have to pay the shipping to send it back? If I was working at Pioneer, I would write this off as an advertising expense, send a letter of apology for making the mistake, and send over a DSM to apologize in person. If those three things don't happen, move on and find another company to do business with. | |
