| Unless (at least in my area) you have actual proof of yields before April 29th you will be using the bin measurements that the insurance company used to determine whether or not you had a loss. While the measurments are much closer than they used to be, they are often off enough to swing the yields a few bushels one way or the other (usually more in bins than measured) esp if you have all farm storage on small acres.. | |
