You dont have to take the park brake canister all the way off to get the brakes to release, just back the 3/4 nut off like Phred said. Just so you know parts are VERY, i repeat VERY expensive for the Lucas Girling brake system. I just got done rebuilding the cylinders on a F-800 dump truck, needless to say I'm gonna sell the truck and find something with air brakes before i ever do that again.
