More simply system would be to stay with a constant weight of 50 lbs and 2000lb totes.
Have different units per bag when selling by seed count . Example 2800 lb bean would contain 1 unit per 50 lb bag. 3200 lb bean would have 1.14 units per 50 lb bag. 2400 lb bean would contain .857 units per 50 lb bag.
