Did you try really upping the graphite rate? I am also backboneless and planted all 2200/lb this year with the 60 cell plate on my Kinze. Didn't work very good at first but after I really poured on the graphite they planted fine. When all was said and done, they came out within a few thousand seeds per acre of what the manual said it should be planting.

Dealer said he would discount them $4 per 50lbs for the seed. Oh gee, thanks. Lets see...$10 unit to treat them with crusier and $2 to innoculate them also. That really adds up to when they charge the same for that reguardless of seed size. $12 per bag on alot more bags than it would have taken at 2800 adds up fast. I can't wait for 140,000 bean sized units myself.
