If you have room for the 15 inch model this will help a lot. I am assuming you are planting in the center of the old rows and with a 15" wheel plugging should be minimal. Next I would have to say change your corn head to help crunch and compact old rows . Possible nitrogen application of 30 units in fall to speed breakdown of stalks. When I do continuous corn on corn notill I run a single disc fert colter ahead of the row cleaner and rarely plug unless I get to running on an old row. I have modified the 13" frame by drilling two new holes to place the bolt on axle in an interlocked position for the 15" wheel so you would not have buy more than new wheels . Hope this helps as I know how frustrating the plugging was and can be. Lynn
