You've just listed all the reasons NH3 is so popular 'here' in southern MN. High ph soils, heavy ground could hold 300# +.
Dry has it's fans, and liquid is just starting to show up, but has terrible 'innovator' cost premium to it around here yet. Nothing used, have to buy new, & figure out how to use the stuff.
