Subject: Re: soybean yield vs. planting date

The middle of Maryland's Eastern Shore
In our area a company put loggers in our planter tactors. We record everyting we do at planting. Then when the combine comes through the yield monitor collects all the yield data. The company down loads all this info into their high Q program. They then share all the info. It shows that single crop soybeans planted from 5/10 - 5/24 out yield sc beans planted after 5/25 by several bushel for many years now. I like to start around 5/7 if conditions are right.
