Subject: North Idaho Fertilizer guide for winter wheat.

NW Washington
Here is a link to the N. Idaho WW fertilizer guide. http://www.uiweb.uidaho.edu/wq/wqfert/cis453.html

It says, apply 20 lb/acre of sulfur if soil test is less than 10 ppm. Most growers in that I know usually apply about 20 pound of S on winter wheat. Often as a liquid mix of P and S put down with NH3 in the fall before planting.

A 100 pounds per acre of dry 16-20-0-14 used to be a common practice in NIF's neck of the woods as a fall application before seeding wheat.
