| If Fiat needs cash, spinning off CNH is not the way to do it... brings no money in, they need to sell to get a big fat check. But it won't be Agco, or Deere, or any major. Because CNH is a dominant company in construction and ag, it will have to be an "outsider" in order to gain regulatory approval. If it sells (emphasis on if), it will probably be to some institutional investor, sovereign fund, etc. Otherwise, maybe Volvo?? Or VW :) | |
