Well, just to fuel the rumor mill, I heard from a pretty credible source that it is indeed a spin-off of the ag division, and it is to generate cash, so not sure about it becoming it's own entity. Buyer has been labeled as being Agco, and supposedly, Agco has the cash to do the deal, so no financing. Now just what models are they going to drop???
