Manitoba
We'll probably start around the same time as usual, maybe a few days earlier, usually start seeding around April 25-27. The soil temp will likely be high enough sooner than that but we've been burnt a few times going early and then getting a few nights of frost after the crop is poking through and really hurt the crop. end of april can have wild swings in temperatures. Lots of sloughs around here too, waiting for a few of the shallow ones to dry up, they've really gone down a lot the last few days as the frost starts coming out of the ground.
