5 gallons of 3-18-18 will yield the following per acre:
1.5 lbs Nitrogen
9 lbs Phosphorous
9 lbs Potash
I'm not sure about the "spiked" potash since you didn't tell us the analysis.
So, as you can see it's a pinch of fertilizer. Better be putting some real plant food down in addition.
